Barack Obama

So, What Does Hillary Think???

wenn19721292.jpg

Former Democratic Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton is speaking out about the potential candidates for office.

On Friday, Clinton called in to Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show and gave her thoughts on the Vice Presidential debate this week.

And, of course, she had great comments about Joe Biden.

She said, "Joe Biden was great. He put forward a flawless performance. I, like probably everybody else watching, was so moved by the authentic grief that caught in his throat when he talked about his own personal experience."

SNL, Please Hire Some More Comedians of Color

Saturday Night Live has been the launching pad for the careers of Chris Rock, Eddie Murphy, and Tim Meadows. But for the past several seasons, the only reoccurring African-American member in the cast is Keenan Thompson. And as talented as Keenan is, he's a little too hefty to play Barack Obama.

So last January, when the cast needed an Obama impersonator to play against Amy Poehler's Hillary Clinton, they sent out a casting notice for an African-American male, but ultimately ended up putting the Lebanese Fred Armisen in black(er) face.

Barack Obama>Mike Huckabee In Awful Celebrity Endorsements

Ack, no! Barack Obama, after all that ScoJo nonsense, one would hope that you would have learned not to allow B+ celebrities to market themselves via your campaign.

So why is professional chucklehead Ashton Kutcher and his cougar wife Demi Moore in a viral video (ugh) for Vote for Change, the registration initiative that you started?

'Only' 57 Million Tuned-In

barackandjohn__opt1.jpg

Not too shabby!

According to early data from the ratings people at Nielsen, 57 million people tuned-in to see Barack Obama and John McCain debate for the very first time on Friday.

More people saw McCain scowl at Obama than the Friends finale (52.5 million)!

But, the first debate between W. and Kerry in 2004 scored a bit better than the first faceoff between this year's guys.

The Texan and the New Englander reeled in about 62 million viewers four years ago.

Bill on Hillary and Barack

billy-boy.jpg

Monday on ABC's The View, former President Bill Clinton said that although he understands and respects Obama's choice in running mate, he believes his wife, New York Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, “would have been the best politically.”

The former White House bad boy said that he likes Senator Biden and acknowledged that selecting a running mate is a "personal choice." He also added that Hillary didn't really want to be Obama's running mate and that she loves being a "senator from New York."

Spin, spin, sugar!

CNN Reaches Lookalike Coverage Time

All out of ideas for relatable, real news stories about the presidential election, CNN is now shooting relatable, fake news stories about the presidential election.

You see, because many people get confused when it comes to statistics, dialectics and history, major news outlets have taken to filming segments in which correspondents say things like, "Whichever candidate's Halloween mask sells more is going to be president." Or they'll interview women like Cindy Michaels, at right, who so resembles Sarah Palin in this stupid, hateful world that she gets mean voice mails making fun of her glasses.

Local Fox Affiliate Can't Be Racist Towards Rich People

WTXF 29 is Fox's Philadelphia O&O, and like most of Murdoch-owned network, it likes to do a little "investigimative journalism" from time to time. That was the case when Fox followed around Latrice Bryant, an aide for Philadelphia Councilman Wilson Goode, for ten days without her knowledge to do an "in-depth" study on city workers slacking off while taxpayers pay the bill.

Tailing somebody for 10 days without alerting her? Some might call that stalking. But Bryant has another name for it: racism.
